We also offer occupational therapy for patients who need longer-term help. Occupational therapy can improve your quality of life and help you get back to the activities you love.

Our Department of Laboratory Services includes full-service, CLIA-certified and state-licensed laboratory. Equipped with state-of-the art instrumentation, the laboratory is subject to stringent internal and external quality control programs.

A wide range of procedures are available in the following areas:

All tests require a physician’s order, but no appointment is needed for lab services. Patients must check in with receptionist before tests can be performed.

Although most people think of broken bones or fractures when they think of x-rays, these images are also useful in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis, osteoporosis, infections, cancerous tumors, blocked blood vessels and more.

Ultrasound scans can be used to help physicians diagnose a huge variety of medical conditions and come up with treatment plans. Ultrasounds can evaluate various symptoms, like swelling or pain, to detect conditions like infections.

Ultrasounds are extremely useful in examining many of the body’s organs, which makes it a valuable diagnostic tool for issues related to circulation, abdominal conditions, newborn care, obstetrics, urology, musculoskeletal concerns and more.

Allergies can be debilitating and unpredictable. ASAS Health offers skin allergy testing to refine treatment options.

We offer two types of skin test:

You can find more information on allergy skin testing here:

The number of tests may vary depending on the individual, based on potential allergens and reactions. Skin testing can be mildly uncomfortable. There is a small chance of developing an allergic reaction from the testing, although this occurs very rarely.

Patients should stop taking antihistamine medication before the skin test to ensure accurate results.

Take a moment to think about your symptoms. Try to write them down in a list to bring to your appointment. Is anything getting worse or better? Are there any existing conditions that were exacerbated?

When you arrive at our clinic, you will be greeted by one of our receptionists, who will review your Authorization Form to determine the reason for your visit.

If you are a new patient in our clinic, you will be asked to complete some paperwork to start your medical record. We’ll also ask for a photo ID.

After your visit, you will be given a Work Status Report to take back to your supervisor. If you need to come back to the clinic for a follow-up, the nurse practitioner will schedule a return appointment.

Our clinic can send another copy of your Work Status Report to your employer if needed. The report does not include any medical information, just your work status.

If you are referred to another healthcare provider, one of our clinicians will work with that provider’s office to set up your initial appointment. We will let you know the date and time of the appointment, get you registered, and let you know where to report for the appointment.
