On Oct. 14, 2025, ASAS Health Partners will transition to MyHealthConnect, powered by AthenaOne, a modern patient portal and electronic health record (EHR) system designed to make your care more connected, convenient and secure.
With MyHealthConnect, you’ll have access to a new patient portal where you can:
- View test results and visit summaries
- Manage appointments online
- Track medications and health history
- Message your care team securely
You’ll continue to have access to your current portal until Dec. 13. After that, everything will move to MyHealthConnect.

Yes. Your medical records will be securely transferred. We may ask you to confirm information during your next visit to make sure everything is accurate.
Once the new portal is available, you will receive an email with instructions from Athena on how to log in and set up your account.

Yes. You can also access MyHealthConnect on your phone through the athenaPatient app, available for iOS and Android.
There may be. Our staff will be learning the new system, and you may notice additional support staff assisting. We appreciate your patience as we make the transition smooth.
